The Club is now completly active, and the submission policy has been redifined, as some norms wern't that clear
1. Please write “submission” in notes for submission.
2. All the submission notes must accompany the thumb of the art submitted. You can put it simply by pasting :thumb#: in the note.
3. All the notes without the thumbs will be disregarded.
4. Please note that every member is allowed only ONE deviation per week which can be submitted from Mon to Sat(and please not on Sunday) so we can enter the qualified ones on Sunday.
5. If a member submits more than one submission in a week, none of his submissions for that week will be uploaded.
6. We appreciate your uploads so if you are a member, please do send your submissions and also appreciate the deviants whose deviations get submitted. Never forget we have made this club for promoting interaction and appreciating art by our local artists.

PakDeviant is asked to choose their favorite deviation that they have submitted to deviantART and then note which one they have chosen to ~

"Pakistan's Best"with the link and title of the deviation in the body. We will encourage if you do it as soon as you join the club.
The deviation DOES NOT have to be related to Pakistan.

GENERAL SUBMISSIONS
For general submissions, Please send us a note titled

Please include a short description, where you would like the picture submitted under, and what medium you used.

There is a new law called Orphan Works law being drafted in the U.S. Like any other issue, an issue in the U.S. will affect everybody in every part of the world.
What is the Orphan Works law?
Long story cut short, the Orphan Works law states that any works which are not copyrighted will be considered Orphan Works. Like the meaning of orphans, Orphan Works are works which the creator/copyright holder are not identified or cannot be located.
... which means that we may have to fork out a sum of money to register and protect EACH AND EVERY piece of painting, drawing, sketch, sculpture, etc. that we have done. If we don't, our works will be considered as Orphan Works which others may use them as they please without restrictions.

What can we do about this?
All artists and deviants need to work hand in hand to stop this ridiculous law from being passed. For now, this is what we can do:
